Ponies Through History (4)
Oliver Cromwell
Oliver Cromwell was a soldier who thought that everyone had been having
far too much fun. So he chopped off the King's head, swore lots of oaths
and banned Christmas. He also banned country festivals and car boot sales.
This made all the ponies very sad.

Sir Isaac Newton
A few years later, a pony called Isaac was sitting in his garden when
an apple fell on his head. This led to his discovery of gravity.
Gravity was a Good Thing, as it stopped little ponies occasionally falling
off the earth and into space. Though it made the Moon Landing much harder
than before its discovery (see later).
